Description

This program is designed for beginners, with the main goal of strengthening the core muscles. Workouts are performed 2 times per week, and the program duration is 4 to 12 weeks.

Required equipment includes a machine and dumbbells.

The program is suitable for both men and women.

The core muscles are responsible for stabilizing the entire torso and are engaged in almost every exercise.

The problem for many athletes is that they only train their abdominal muscles, forgetting about the other core muscles.

The program consists of 5 exercises aimed at strengthening each muscle responsible for core stabilization.

Perform the program twice a week with a 3-day break (for example, on Mondays and Fridays).
