FST-7 Back & Abs Workout
The program is saved in the diary and available in our app
Description
FST-7 stands for "Fascia Stretch Training," and the number 7 indicates the number of sets at the end of the workout. The goal of the method is to stretch the fascia (the connective tissue sheath surrounding muscle fibers) through microscopic tears. Micro-tears occur due to the muscle filling with blood during maximum pump.
The goal of this workout is to increase the span of the latissimus dorsi muscles, which are responsible for the V-taper of the torso. The program includes 5 basic exercises for developing strength, and the session ends with FST-7 sets that pump blood into the muscles. The workout also includes abdominal exercises.
The FST-7 workout for back and abs can be incorporated into your split alongside other FST-7 workouts, ensuring sufficient recovery time between them.
