Description
This program is designed for intermediate level, aimed at building muscle mass, and includes 4 workouts per week. Required equipment: barbells, dumbbells, machines, and body weight. The program is suitable for both men and women.
Tom Hardy gained about 14 kg of muscle mass for his role as Bane in the film "The Dark Knight Rises." The program uses unique exercises and high-intensity training techniques that help break through any training plateau and return to rapid gains in volume and strength.
Sample training schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday and weekends are dedicated to rest and recovery. The program shows only working sets. Before them, you need to perform 1-2 warm-up sets of 10 repetitions with light weight.
