How to do abs crunches

Choose a light counterweight and sit on the machine as shown. Lock your legs and grab the handles. The arms should be bent at a 90 degree angle. This will be your starting position. As you exhale, lift your legs at the same time and twist your upper body. Make sure this movement is slow. As you move, focus on using your abdominal muscles while keeping your legs and feet relaxed. After a short pause, as you exhale, slowly return to the starting position. Complete the required number of repetitions. Note: For this exercise, choose a weight that you can easily lift. Using heavy weights can cause injury.
