Lie on your back on the floor. The arms are extended at the sides of the body, the knees are bent. Feet shoulder width apart. This will be your starting position. As you exhale, pushing off the floor with your feet, lift your hips up, as shown in the figure. Keep your back straight. Hold this position for a few seconds. As you inhale, slowly lower your hips to the floor, returning to the starting position. Variations: You can do this exercise with each leg alternately.
