Take the kettlebell, lift it on your shoulder. Place your wrists as shown in the picture. This will be your starting position. Squat down, keeping your back straight. At the same time as you squat, straighten your arm up above you. The squat helps you push the kettlebell out. Stand up straight, holding the kettlebell at arm's length above you. Return your hand to its original position. Repeat the exercise with the other hand.
