Place the weights in front of you. Raise both kettlebells and squeeze one over your head, turning your wrist so that your palm is facing forward. As you lift, the kettlebell should pass between your legs and thighs. Fixing the kettlebell at the top, put your hip in the opposite direction and bend over as shown in the figure. Rotate the toe of the leg you are leaning towards 45 degrees outward. Continue tilting until the second kettlebell touches the floor. Throughout the exercise, keep an eye on the squeezed kettlebell. After touching the kettlebell to the floor, pause a little and return to the starting position.
