Sit on an exercise mat. Keep your back straight. Connect the soles of your feet and pull them towards your thighs. Place one hand on the floor behind you, put the other hand behind your head, as shown in the picture. Raise your elbow towards the ceiling, tilting your torso to the other side. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, then stretch to the other side.
