How to do toe touches

Lie on your back, press your lower back to the floor. The arms are extended at the sides, palms down. Keep your feet together. Slowly lift your legs up until they are almost perpendicular to the floor, knees slightly bent. Feet are parallel to the floor. Raise your arms at a 45 degree angle to the floor. This will be your starting position. Keeping your lower back pressed to the floor, as you exhale, lift your torso, trying to touch your toes with your hands. As you inhale, slowly lower your torso and arms to the starting position. Keep your arms straight. Complete the required number of repetitions.
