Recipe preparation

Cut the beef into pieces, fry until crusty in vegetable oil.

Reduce heat, add water and simmer over low heat with garlic and spices, stirring occasionally and adding water.

When the meat is almost ready, turn up the heat, evaporate the water, add the onion and fry it with the meat.

Pour sour cream with a spoonful of tomato paste, simmer for another 5 minutes, sprinkle with parsley.
