Recipe preparation

Cut the meat into plastics, beat off, rub with pepper and salt.

Peel the carrots and onions, rinse, cut vegetables into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil, adding the loin chopped in the same way.

Chop the parsley, add to the vegetables with the brisket, pepper and salt, mix.

Spoon the mixture on the meat plastics, roll them up, pin them with toothpicks or tie them with threads, then fry until browned in hot oil in a saucepan.

Next, pour in the broth to the zrazami and put them in the oven.

For the sauce, mix the broth with tomato paste, bring to a boil, mixed with oil, mix - there should be no lumps, pepper and salt, add wine, boil for 15 minutes, then strain the sauce, pour the zrazy over it and simmer until tender.
