Recipe preparation
Cut the sausage or ham into thin slices.
Roll each slice in the shape of a bell and pin it with a toothpick.
Grate raw carrots, cheese and garlic on a not coarse grater.
Mix everything thoroughly and season with mayonnaise.
Fill bells with this salad and put on a dish, garnish with herbs and cherry tomatoes.
If desired, you can put a slice of black olive in the middle of the bell.
You can use ham instead of sausage.
