Recipe preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the eggplants across into 2 pieces.

Use a sharp knife to make cross-cut cuts in each half.

Drizzle with oil and place in the oven for 20 minutes.

From the finished eggplant, spoon, carefully (so as not to damage the peel), pull out the pulp, cut into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat, chopped onion and garlic, fry until tender.

Add pieces of eggplant, salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs, pour in a spoon or two of broth or cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

You can add a little grated cheese.

Fill the boats with the resulting mixture, put the tomato slices on top and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
