Recipe preparation

Scald broccoli with boiling water and let it simmer in lightly salted water for 2-3 minutes.

Fry finely chopped onions and garlic in a frying pan, then put broccoli, salt, pepper, and add basil.

Beat eggs and salt in a bowl, spread broccoli, stir and fry in a pan.

Cover with a lid and reduce the heat to a minimum, as soon as the frittata is half cooked, sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan and leave to cook until the end.
