Recipe preparation

Stew the cabbage until soft with carrots, spices, salt, cool, mix with grated Suluguni on a fine grater.

Fry minced meat with onions.

1 layer: half cabbage + drizzle with half cream and sour cream

2nd layer: whole minced meat

Layer 3: leftover cabbage.

Beat eggs, sour cream, cream.

Pour the mixture onto a future casserole.

Sprinkle with grated hard cheese on top.

Place in the oven for 40 minutes.
