Rinse cauliflower in cold water and divide into small inflorescences
Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Peel the garlic and chop finely.
Mix everything and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and grated cheese on top.
Put the salad on a platter and pour over the sauce (mix sour cream, soy sauce, mustard and finely chopped green onions).
Sprinkle with herbs.
