Recipe preparation

Fry the ribs until golden brown.

Put in boiling water and cook over medium heat.

Meanwhile, fry the cauliflower until golden brown.

The meat should be allowed to cook for about half an hour, as it can be harsh, but the cabbage will boil very quickly.

After 30 minutes, add cauliflower to the meat in the pan.

You can add a tablespoon of carrots and onions, salt, bay leaves.

Cook for another 15-20 minutes.

At the end of cooking, add some pepper and chopped garlic.
