Recipe preparation

Boil the heart, cut into strips.

Grate cheese and carrots on a coarse grater.

Finely chop the onion.

Fry carrots and onions in a pan.

Add the fried mixture to the heart and cheese.

Salt, pepper, stir and season with mayonnaise.
