First, let's prepare the filling.
Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet.
Mash cottage cheese, salt, add chopped parsley and chicken (you can add a little garlic if you wish).
Mix everything thoroughly.
Boil water in a saucepan.
Grease a plastic bag from the inside with butter, put cheese in it and tie it.
Dip the bag of cheese in a pot of water and hold it there until the cheese is soft.
Remove the cheese and roll it out thinly on a cutting board.
Put the filling on the cheese, gently distribute it over the entire surface, roll it up and wrap it with cling film or foil.
Place the roll in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
After taking out, cut into pieces, put on a dish and garnish with parsley.
