Cut the chicken fillet into thin layers and beat off with the blunt side of a knife.
Put minced meat in the middle of each piece of fillet, which consists of a part of grated cheese, finely chopped garlic and herbs.
Then the fillet must be wrapped in a roll and fry for several minutes in oil.
After that, grease the fillet with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and put in a hot oven to brown the fillet (for 10-15 minutes).
