Peel and chop the onion (best with a blender or grate) and add to the minced meat along with the egg.
Finely chop the greens, grate the cheese.
Season with minced meat, pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper), add chopped herbs and grated cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Blind small cutlets (one tablespoon of minced meat) and fry over medium heat in a little oil.
