Recipe preparation

Pass fillets, cheese curds, herbs and garlic with green onions through a meat grinder

Mix everything thoroughly

Add a raw egg, sour cream, salt and pepper

Then we form small cutlets and fry

Green onions, if desired, can be replaced with regular ones, but in a smaller amount, and also add dill or basil
