Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
Also finely chop the onion, garlic, herbs and add to the minced meat.
Then add eggs, salt, pepper.
Mix everything well.
Put the minced meat in a frying pan with a spoon without prior shaping and breading.
Fry the patties in hot oil at medium heat on both sides.
