Recipe preparation
Cut onion into half rings, pepper into strips, fillet into small pieces.
First, fry the onion until golden brown, add pepper.
Fry, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes.
Then add fillets and fry until the liquid evaporates.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add a little water and mushrooms (I have boiled ones) and simmer for 5-10 minutes. under the lid, stirring occasionally.
Then add sour cream and some milk (~ 2 tbsp).
Stir, boil, turn off the fire.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
