Recipe preparation
Heat a frying pan, add a little sunflower oil and fry the pre-chopped onion on it, add finely chopped tomatoes (preferably without the skin), salt and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
Then add the chopped boiled breast, mix everything and simmer for about 5 minutes more.
While stewing, we take out the mayonnaise.
Then put mayonnaise (amount to taste 100-150 grams), pepper, and stirring everything, keep on fire for another 3-5 minutes.
You can decorate with herbs.
