Recipe preparation
Saut? the diced onion in butter, add the liver, cut into 2-3 pieces, and fry for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put the liver in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic, top with a layer of diced tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese, place the dish in a hot oven and bake until the cheese melts.
