Recipe preparation

Wash the pork, dry with a towel and cut into thin slices.

Heat the fat, brown the brisket, cut into small cubes, and add the finely chopped onion.

When the onions are browned, remove the pan from the heat, add paprika, add a small amount of water and bring the brisket mixture to a boil.

After that, put the slices of meat and leave to simmer under the lid over moderate heat for 50 minutes, adding water in small portions if necessary.

When the meat is almost ready, add the peppers and tomatoes, peeled, chopped into small cups.
