Recipe preparation
Three chicken breasts, half a small onion, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 eggs, salt and spices to taste
Cut the chicken breasts into very small pieces, also cut the onion into very small squares, break 2 eggs into the minced meat and add mayonnaise, salt and spices.
Mix everything well.
Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan, put small cutlets like pancakes with a spoon, fry for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
