Cut the champignons into slices or quarters.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Cut the tomatoes (cherry) into halves or quarters.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the halves of the garlic cloves.
Remove the garlic.
Fry the onion until transparent, add the mushrooms and evaporate the released juice (this will take 5-7 minutes).
Add tomatoes, stir and fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour cream over and simmer the sauce over medium heat (10-12 minutes).
