Recipe preparation
Peel the carp, gut, sprinkle with salt and leave in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Place the fish in a saucepan, add the onion, carrot, parsley, cut into slices, add water and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the fish from the broth, place on a dish, spread with mayonnaise, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Optionally, you can bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
