Recipe preparation

Grate the courgettes on a coarse grater, mash and squeeze well from excess liquid.

Beat eggs.

Stir in the beaten eggs cottage cheese and cheese, grated on a coarse grater, salt to taste, add garlic chopped in a garlic press.

Mix the zucchini with the egg-curd mixture and pour the whole thing into the compartment of the double boiler for making mashed soups.

Steam for 30-40 minutes.
