Recipe preparation

We prepare the minced meat: we scroll the meat through the meat grinder twice.

Scroll the onion (half a small head), garlic and herbs.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the minced meat and "knock out".

You can put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Cut the second half of the onion, peppers (about 1 cm high) and tomatoes into thin rings.

We collect the "nests": on a baking sheet (in a mold) lined with baking paper, lay out minced meat cakes 1.0-1.3 cm thick and 10 cm in diameter.

Grease them with tomato paste.

We spread the onion rings, grease with mayonnaise, then tomatoes.

Put the pepper rings around the tomatoes, pressing it and the filling into the minced meat.

If the diameter of the ringlet is too small, trim it on one side, smooth out the curves and form the sides of the "nest".

Sprinkle with grated cheese and lightly grease with mayonnaise.

We bake for 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
