Recipe preparation

Kulich:

Pour half a packet of yeast into the cream (120g) , add the sweetener and let stand

In the flour, beat an egg, add cinnamon, vanilla, heated butter, cream with yeast and sweetener. Mix well until homogeneous and leave the dough in a warm place to rise

While it is standing, grate lemon zest and rinse cranberries - they will substitute apricots and raisins in the cake

When it has risen, stir it again and leave it to rise

When it has risen a second time, add the cranberries and zest, stir and place in the mold

Bake in the oven for about one hour at 180?

Glaze:

Dilute the sour cream with the remaining cream (30g), add vanillin, sweetener and cocoa

Stir well and pour over the cake.
