
Fisherman's Luck salad cake

Cream preparation:
Soak gelatin in 0.5 cups of water for 30-40 minutes to swell and dissolve in a water bath.
While the gelatin cools down, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and soft cheese into a homogeneous mass.
First, add a little mayonnaise to the cheese and grind, then add sour cream and stir well.
Then, stirring, pour the gelatin solution cooled to light heat into the mixture.
The cream is obtained by its thickness, like sour cream.
Rub separately the yolks, whites and crab sticks on a fine grater.
We cover the form with plastic wrap.
We cut the fish into thin strips and put it on the bottom and walls of the mold.
In a form lined with fish slices, lay out in layers:
1) cream,
2) grated yolks,
3) cream,
4) grated crab sticks,
5) cream,
6) grated whites,
7) cream.
We put the cake mold in the refrigerator overnight to harden the gelatinous cream.
After 8-10 hours, we take out the cake mold from the refrigerator, cover with a plate on top and turn it over.
Decorate the cake: top with red caviar and herbs.
