Recipe preparation
We do not cut the salad, but tear it with our hands, place it in a salad bowl.
Peel the cucumbers and chop coarsely - add to the salad leaves.
Peel the washed bell peppers and cut into large slices.
The size is the same as the sliced cucumbers.
Place the chopped peppers in a salad bowl.
Coarsely chop the tomatoes.
Add chopped tomatoes to the salad, and squeeze the juice of half a lemon onto them.
Sprinkle the salad with black pepper, oregano, basil, and salt a little.
Cut the olives into circles (pre-dry them).
Add chopped olives to the salad.
Season our Greek salad with olive oil.
Mix gently.
