Recipe preparation

Cut the avocado.

Pour the avocado pulp with lemon juice, add garlic, salt and pepper.

Beat everything with a blender until puree is smooth.

Add very finely chopped onions.

Core the tomato, cut the tomato with a cross, dip it in hot water for a minute and peel it. Cut the tomato pulp very finely too (pitted).

To mix everything.

Add lemon juice to taste.
