Recipe preparation

Grind the chicken breast in a blender and set the minced meat aside.

Next, take one or two eggs (depending on their size) and blend them with Adyghe cheese until you get a smooth, runny mixture without lumps. Add a pinch of baking powder and dried Provençal herbs with basil. Blend again.

Mix the egg-cheese mixture with the minced chicken breast, and add mayonnaise at the end.

Once the mixture is ready, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Using wet hands, spread the mixture directly onto the parchment, forming a thin круг-shaped base.

Bake at 200°C (392°F) until it turns white and firm.

Now prepare the topping. Take 50 g of tomato paste, mix it with mayonnaise, and add pressed garlic - your sauce is ready. The toppings can be anything you like! Spread everything over the base and return it to the oven until the cheese is golden.
