Recipe preparation

Put the lamb steaks in a container (any dish will do, for example, a deep bowl).

Season with paprika, salt, oregano, olive oil.

Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

To make an egg salad, chop the beans, onions, tomato, spinach and bell peppers.

Cut the eggs into halves, add them to the salad.

Place the chopped ingredients in a bowl and season with oil and salt to taste.

For the sauce, combine mustard, dry red wine and olive oil.

Fry the marinated lamb in oil until tender.

Put some of the egg salad, 1-2 lamb steaks in a separate plate.

Pour some sauce over the dish.
