Recipe preparation
Grate carrots, cut onion into half rings.
Put out in vegetable oil.
Grated cheese.
Beef liver, cut into chops, lightly beat off.
On each chop, put onions with carrots, cheese and wrap in a roll.
Wrap each roll in bacon, then secure with a toothpick.
Fry the rolls in vegetable oil over high heat on all sides.
Drizzle with sour cream and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
