Fry carrots and onions.
Cut the liver into pieces, fry.
Boil mushrooms a little, cool, chop, fry.
Put the liver, vegetables, mushrooms in a pot, pour over the sauce (mushroom broth + sour cream, salt, pepper, seasoning).
Place in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
