Recipe preparation

We make the salad in layers, each lightly coat with mayonnaise.

Egg whites 6 pcs. - grate on a coarse grater

Red fish (canned, but better freshly boiled.) - crumble, removing bones

Cut the onion and scald with boiling water

Butter from the freezer, grate a layer on a grater

Boiled carrots thin layer - grate

Brine (broth from red fish) - do not pour, but slightly blot the carrots

Semi-hard cheese on a grater

On cheese mayonnaise and on top of egg yolks (6 pcs.) On a fine grater

Do not forget to coat all layers with mayonnaise.
