Slice the bacon and garlic clove

The garlic can be coarsely chopped, or however you prefer

Place bacon and garlic on a hot skillet without oil and fry over medium heat.

While the bacon is frying whisk the eggs and sour cream.

Wait until the bacon is lightly browned.

Pour eggs whisked with sour cream into the pan.

Season with salt and pepper.

Reduce heat to low.

Put chopped tomato rings on top and sprinkle with spring onions.

Cover and cook for about three to five minutes.

The main thing is not to overcook it, so that the omelet remains tender and fluffy.
