Recipe preparation

Boil the shrimp.

Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, then chop the radishes and green onions.

Place all ingredients in a salad bowl.

Make an omelet from eggs and cream.

Cool it down and cut into small cubes or strips.

Add to salad.

Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, season with salt and pepper to taste, pour into salad and stir.
