Recipe preparation

Slice zucchini and eggplant into rounds, tomatoes into rounds, onion into half-rings, and bell pepper into strips. Layer all the vegetables in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
