Recipe preparation
Beat 3 eggs and 1 protein with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a pinch of oregano.
Fry pancakes.
Pate: onion, 0.5 kg of chicken liver, stew all this together in a pan until tender.
Add spices and grind in a blender.
Grease the pancakes with pate and roll into rolls.
