Recipe preparation
Boil the liver, then grate on a coarse grater or cut into small strips.
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes (squeeze from the brine).
Boil carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a pan with the addition of oil until golden brown.
Boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, grate the whites on a coarse grater.
Leave the yolks for decoration.
lay in layers in the following order:
-liver 1/2 portion, coat with mayonnaise
- fried onion 1/2 portion
- pickled cucumbers 1/2 portion
-carrot, coat with mayonnaise
- proteins, coat with mayonnaise
- the remaining liver, onions, cucumbers and grease thickly with mayonnaise
- sprinkle with yolk on top, grated on a fine grater.
