Recipe preparation
Egg pancakes add a very interesting flavor to the salad.
Instead of boiled chicken fillet, you can use smoked fillet or legs.
Boil the chicken fillet until tender (cook for about 20 minutes after boiling).
Cool fillet, chop finely.
Finely chop the onion.
Pour boiling water over it and leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water, rinse the onion in cold water.
Beat eggs (each separately), add a little salt.
Pour into a heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil, fry.
Flip the pancake over and fry the other side.
Cool pancakes, cut into strips.
Mix fillets, pancakes, onions, add a little salt.
Season with mayonnaise.
