Recipe preparation

Rinse the spinach with cold water and pat dry.

Separate the spinach leaves with your hands and place on the bottom of the salad bowl.

Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel.

Cut the eggs into quarters.

Cut the feta cheese into even cubes.

Cut the sweet onion into thin half rings.

Put prepared feta cheese and onion rings in a salad bowl on top of spinach, put quarters of boiled eggs on top.

Add some salt to the salad and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
