Recipe preparation
For the salad, cut the cucumber, fish and avocado into cubes.
Mix for dressing - 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise + 2 tbsp. tablespoons of curd cheese + 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice + salt and pepper.
Finely chop the eggs.
At the bottom of the salad bowl lay the cucumber - fish-avocado-egg in layers.
Coat all layers with dressing.
Top with lemon zest.
