Recipe preparation
Boil squids in salted water (3-4 minutes).
Cool, cut into small pieces.
Peel the avocado, core and cut into cubes.
To prevent the avocado from turning black, squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top of the avocado pieces.
Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool, cut into cubes.
Chop the cucumber and pepper too.
Mix all ingredients, season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
